«“Вакансия поэта”-2» (часть 2)

The International Scientific Conference "Vacancy of the Poet" Part 2, held at Voronezh State University on November 28, 2020, featured nine sessions exploring contemporary concepts of poetry and its intersections with media, society, and technology. Speakers included Ulyana Verina from Belarus, Vitaliy Lechcer from Samara, Anna Rodionova from Moscow, Evgenia Vorobyeva from Moscow, Alexander Markov from Moscow, Anton Azarenkov from St. Petersburg, Oleg Goryel from Ivanovo, Polina Bobrovskaya from Voronezh, and Pavel Arsenyev from Geneva. Topics ranged from the poet’s sense of closeness to the realm, to the phenomenology of poetry, to the poet’s role in a techno‑information environment, to sociological perspectives on the poet’s role, to the concept of the poet‑essayist, to poetics reading of Poetry award texts, to the pervasive background presence of poetry, to the creative practice of modern poets, and to the material‑technical history of Russian literature.
