This video presents a 40‑minute leg workout that is part of the new IRON PRO 10‑week strength program. The session focuses on lower‑body hypertrophy and strength, using dumbbells (or a barbell/kettlebell) and a chair or bench for staggered Romanian deadlifts. Each exercise is performed for four sets with 45 seconds of work followed by 60 seconds of rest. The routine includes static lunges, heel‑elevated squats, staggered Romanian deadlifts, and finishes with front‑foot‑elevated lunges. The workout is designed to be completed anytime and is available through the CGX app as part of the IRON PRO program.
