The DVD game "50x15 Хто хоче стати мільйонером?" by John Carpenter, released in November 2004 as one of nine games based on the second‑edition UK DVD version, offers players a chance to win a million dollars without using any lifelines. Unlike the Italian and Swedish versions, the game has no host; instead, Spanish voice actor Leopold Balestros asks the questions and provides commentary. The game was released three years after the original 50×15 "¿Quiere ser millonario?" was cancelled in 2001, and it is the first 50×15 game to be uploaded to YouTube with a complete playthrough. It remains the only DVD version of the show that has a proper gameplay recording.
