In this video we describe the latest events on the India‑Pakistan border after Operation Sindor, a targeted strike by India on terrorist camps on the night of 7 May 2025. Based on official statements, we provide a clear overview of how events unfolded, without taking sides. First we summarize India’s position: Operation Sindor was aimed at terrorist infrastructure, with no Pakistani military bases or civilians hit. Soon after, under cover of darkness, Pakistan launched drones and missiles at several locations in India, including Srinagar, Jammu, Patankot, Amritsar and Bhuj. India’s integrated air defence intercepted each threat, and we share details of debris removal confirming the interceptions. We then discuss India’s measured response the next morning, when Indian forces struck Pakistani air‑defence radars and reportedly neutralised a key installation near Lahore. Meanwhile Pakistan intensified mortar and heavy artillery fire on the line of control, resulting in the tragic death of sixteen civilians in sectors such as Kupwara, Baramulla, Uri, Punch, Mendhar and Rajouri. Indian forces opened fire in response until the shelling stopped. We refer to official updates from the Press Information Bureau, statements from the Indian Armed Forces and verified reports from Reuters and AP. Our goal is to present complex military and political events in an understandable story, helping you stay informed without bias.
