Today’s workout focuses on building glute strength. We start with a mini band series for glute activation, which can also be done with bodyweight if you don’t have a band. Next, we move into a strength circuit using heavy dumbbells for resistance, with a split squat that requires a stool, bench, or stair riser. The session is structured as follows: 0:00 Intro, 0:40 Warm up, 3:11 Glute activation circuit (40s work + 10s rest x1 round), 17:33 Strength Circuit (40s work + 20s rest x2 rounds), 37:33 Cool Down & Stretch.
