Doctor Who | Counting Stars - Animated Tribute Music Video Animatic

I created this animated tribute to Doctor Who’s "Counting Stars", a project that took roughly a thousand hours of work. As my first animation, I traced countless frames at about 12 frames per second, roughly one every two of the original frames. I chose animation because the long‑running series has evolved visually and the song’s sections would only work in an animated format. I love Doctor Who deeply and wanted to make a video that matched the show’s aesthetic, so I spent a lot of time ensuring the animation reflected that.
