The Indian government has instructed OTT platforms to remove Pakistani‑origin content after banning Instagram accounts of actors like Fawad Khan and Hania Aamir. The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting directed all OTT platforms to immediately discontinue streaming of any web shows, movies, songs, podcasts, and other content originating from Pakistan.
