"Pique la baleine" - French sailor's song

Pique la baleine is a traditional French whaling song which emerged since its mention in the collection “Chansons de bord” by Armand Hayet in 1927, then repopularized by the folk historian Marc Robine in the 2000s. The song itself would be from the 19th century.
