This technique takes just five minutes to "fill" the face by making the tissues more even. The goal is to perform quick, light pinching movements that lift and smooth the tissues rather than bunching them. A blade is used if available; otherwise, hands are employed. The movements can be done chaotically and locally, but only where necessary.
