The contestants were shown how to extract honey from a Flow Hive. The contestants were then tasked to create a dish centred on honey. All of the contestants received positive feedback on the taste of their dish, but Georgia and Carter managed to produce the best dish, winning them the first Weekly Immunity of the season. The others are sent to the weekly Elimination Challenge.
