It targets our booty, inner and outer thighs and a bit of calves (don't worry, your thighs won't grow!). It shapes, lifts, pumps your booty and tightens your thighs. If you do this routine regularly, it would also help you to get rid of cellulite and hip dips! The entire workout is on the floor, so there are no squats, lunges or jumps included.
