The 32nd Golden Disc Awards honored the best in the album category: the Grand Prix was awarded to BTS, while the main awards went to a range of artists including NU, Express W, MONSTA X, Hyun Jiyel, SEVENTEEN, TWICE, GOT7, Taeyeon, Girls' Generation, BTS, EXO, and Super Junior. The Best OST category was won by Ally with "First Snow Like You, I'll Go To Meet You," and the Genie Music Popularity Award was claimed by EXO. EXO also captured the Global Popularity Award, and the SSC Asia Icon Award was awarded to TWICE along with EXO.
