We're focusing our strength work on the back of the body today and working your hamstrings, your glutes, your back, and your triceps! This workout was a true superset challenge that gives you time to focus on lengthening the muscle to get the most out of each working set of 45 seconds. We are going to close it out with a spicy finisher to help us get better at bodyweight tricep work and ultimately to help our arm muscles develop as well as we can! Grab your heavy dumbbells for single arm rows and Romanian Deadlifts and grab your glute bands for some abduction work at the end of the workout!
