Albania's Prime Minister Edi Rama kneels to greet his Italian counterpart Giorgia Meloni as she arrives at the 6th summit of the European Political Community in Tirana (EPC). Rama hosted Europe's leaders Friday with his showman's panache undampened by torrential rain. The EPC, an initiative by French President Emmanuel Macron, brings together members of the European Union and 20 other countries, and was created a few months after the Russian invasion of Ukraine in February 2022.
