Colombians pray outside the clinic where Miguel Uribe, a senator and presidential hopeful who was shot in the head while campaigning in Bogota, is currently hospitalized. His wife, Maria Claudia Tarazona, makes a brief public appearance to greet people from inside the clinic in the Colombian capital. An altar has been erected in front of the clinic's bay windows, where people have been lighting candles or leaving messages and flowers over the past few days. Uribe is showing signs of improvement but remains in critical condition, doctors said in their latest report on Wednesday June 12.
