Iran's ambassador to the UN's International Atomic Energy Agency, Reza Najafi, urges the IAEA to condemn Israeli attacks on nuclear sites in the Islamic republic at an emergency meeting in Vienna. The strikes have targeted several of Iran's nuclear facilities, as Israel claims Tehran is seeking to develop nuclear weapons -- an accusation it denies. Iran says it is scrapping planned nuclear talks with the United States following the bombardments.
