อิน, a highly accurate tarot reader, pretends to read the fortune of his close friend’s mother, "ทอดาว", and accidentally meets "ทัพฟ้า", a crisis medical doctor and the brother of "ทอดาว", who dislikes fortune tellers. When they first meet, อิน warns that ทัพฟ้า will face serious misfortune, possibly death. Initially ทัพฟ้า is skeptical, but over time he encounters a string of bad luck, including incidents involving his friend doctor "ปกป้อง" and "สารวัตรต้น". They advise him to leave for a while, so he ends up staying with อิน in Mae Hong Son until everything resolves. In the end, fate brings them together with something unexpected, as promised in the series "ทำนายทายทัพ My Magic Prophecy".
