Builder’s Blueprint takes on a full backyard renovation, transforming a dusty yard into a multi-functional outdoor retreat. The project starts with replacing an old sandpit with an 18x20 paver patio, carefully compacted and leveled for durability. Next comes a handcrafted fireplace, built from concrete, rebar-reinforced cinder blocks, and lined with fire bricks, then sealed with stucco and topped with custom pavers. A compact gym is built from the ground up using pressure-treated lumber, OSB, insulation, and smart ventilation. Nearby, the enclosed back porch is converted into a shed kitchen, featuring tiled walls, custom shelving, and concrete countertops for meal prep and storage. The team also upgrades the porch with a composite deck and overhang, adds modern cable railings, and installs a robotic mower station. Landscaping and garden beds bring life to the space, while each phase reflects a savings-driven mindset, opting for long-term durability over shortcuts.
