In this version, every item has been redesigned, offering a fresh experience across 20+ servers with diverse maps—from Stalker-inspired worlds with mutants and anomalies to classic DayZ hardcore gameplay. Players encounter unique gameplay differences, an advanced disease system featuring viruses and infections, new weapons and gear, and a skill progression system that lets them specialize as hunters, fishermen, weaponsmiths, or codebreakers. The servers also feature dynamic loot distribution, unique anomalies, and a range of new mechanics that are not found elsewhere.
