Russian forces began employing UAVs and re‑tuned infantry tactics from assaults to infiltration, yet these changes did not translate into decisive successes. The General Staff exaggerated achievements, but the campaign ultimately yielded only half‑realized gains and unrealized Ukrainian losses.
