Hanazuki learns of an unexpected backstory between Kiyoshi and Kiazuki. After Kiazuki departs Kiyoshi’s moon with Zikoro, Hanazuki is glad to be done with her, but Kiyoshi suspects something terrible may have happened to Kiazuki that they don’t know about yet. After Hanazuki agrees to check on Kiazuki as a favor to Kiyoshi, she sees for herself the devastation Kiazuki’s moon has suffered, and despite Sleepy Unicorn’s objections she looks for a way to help. In a far off galaxy, moons and their inhabitants are threatened by a mysterious dark force. Their only hope — a moonflower named Hanazuki. Within her lies a great power and, by tapping into her many moods and using the treasures that the mysterious little dreamer brings her, she just might be able to use that power to save the entire galaxy.
