The video shows how to make quince jam. The quince is cut into small pieces and boiled for 30 minutes. Then it is blended into a mash, which is cooked with 1 liter of water for 15 minutes. When it starts to boil, 2 kg of sugar is added. The mixture is left to cool, then reheated for 15 minutes, cooled again, and finally cooked for another 15–20 minutes until ready.
