Thousands of health workers and supporters march in Buenos Aires to support the Garrahan Pediatric Hospital amid deepening cuts to Argentina's public care system under President Javier Milei's austerity plan. As people struggle to access medicine or treatment through their insurance, more and more are arriving at public hospitals in "much worse health, because they wait until the last moment to seek help," says Dr Ignacio Meza.
