Russia launched a nighttime attack on Ukraine with 344 strike drones, 15 Kh-101 cruise missiles, 12 Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missiles, and eight Iskander-K cruise missiles. Ukrainian air defense shot down 185 drones and 23 missiles, while seven cruise missiles and 129 drone decoys were lost. The strike hit Odessa and its surrounding area, leaving at least one person and six others wounded, and also struck Pavlohrad in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, damaging a fire department, industrial enterprises, and a five‑storey building. Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Sviridenko confirmed that President Volodymyr Zelensky and President Donald Trump reached a political agreement on investing in the production and sale of Ukrainian drones to the United States.
