In Odesa today a summit titled "Ukraine – South East Europe" took place. The new president of Romania, the presidents of Serbia and Moldova, the prime minister of Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, North Macedonia, the speaker of the Albanian parliament and the foreign minister of Slovenia attended. The leaders expressed support for Ukraine. However the Serbian president, who visited Ukraine for the first time, did not sign the declaration condemning Russia. He told journalists afterwards that he had not betrayed Russia, contrary to some Serbian media, and that he was the only one who did not sign the declaration.
