Wario Land 3: Part 13: The Grasslands (Red Chest)

Back in this level, already? Sure! This is one of the levels that the Magic Seeds from The Big Bridge affected. After picking up the Red Key from a climb, head to the spot at 1:15, and you'll see a beanstalk that Wario can climb. Head into the doorway found from this and then go through a path that leads to another golf minigame. If your golf ball gets stuck in a rough patch of grass or a bunker of sand, it will be tougher to launch it toward the hole. It doesn't help that the grass is right next to a pond, but it will respawn right off of the grass afterward if you send it into the water. The red blinking icon of that ball that you can view by scrolling the golf field represents how far Wario will launch the ball at max power. That's what the first arrow is for when preparing the launch. The second arrow is for precision. You have to stop it right on the red spot on the meter, or Wario will trip to the ground and eat shit! After completing this course, you can finally reach this level's Red Chest. The Grassland's Red Chest Treasure is a set of cart wheels. This will immediately get installed onto the carts of The Volcano Base, so now you can ride them and find more treasures in that level.
