Wario Land 3: Part 3: The Vast Plain (Gray Chest)

This level was unlocked alongside The Peaceful Village after obtaining the Gray Chest in Out of the Woods. One silly enemy is a Yokai called Teruteru, which blocks Wario's vision and reduces his movement until he bumps it into a wall. The main challenge is the enemy Mad Scienstein; if one of his beakers hits Wario, he becomes Invisible Wario, allowing him to sneak past gates that would otherwise close if his eye spotted him. To return to normal, Wario can be sent through a huge horizontal warp pipe or simply get hit again. The Vast Plain's Gray Chest contains a Green Tablet, which automatically merges with the Blue Tablet, unlocking a gate that leads to the west side of the island and the Desert Ruins.
