Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky arrives in Vilnius for a summit with the leaders of NATO's eastern and Nordic members, some of Kyiv's staunchest backers amid the Russian invasion. The summit brings together the Bucharest Nine – the alliance's members across eastern and central Europe – with its Nordic members, Zelensky and NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte.
