This 10 minute good night Pilates routine is a series of gentle night stretches before bed to help your body relax. Hi, I’m Hong, your Korean Pilates instructor 😊 In this gentle session, we’ll relax your body with slow movements that help release the tension built up throughout your day. By moving slowly, breathing softly, and staying present with each movement, you’ll feel your body releasing and your mind becoming more relaxed. Finish this routine feeling relaxed, grounded, and ready for a peaceful night. This bedtime Pilates routine will be an excellent way to relax your whole body through Pilates before bed and fall asleep feeling calm and comfortable.
