Today's workout is gonna be 11 minutes lower body exercises.

If you're ready, let's get started.

Pull your knees towards your chest and exhale as you extend your right leg.

Then slowly switch to the leg.

Continuously switch leg positions.

Keep the movements slow and controlled.

Keep engaging your core muscles, ensure you avoid stress in your neck and shoulders.

This is good for toning your legs, butts, and abs all at the same time.
