Morning workout for 13 minutes. Beginner friendly. NO jumping (apartment friendly) NO equipment. This set of simple exercises is suitable both for morning exercises and for warming-up before strength training. Exercise does not require special equipment or large space. They can be performed at home and apartment in a limited space and not be afraid to disturb the neighbors with jumps. Do this exercise every morning!
