Today's workout is gonna be 5-minute full body exercises.

Inhale as you lift the arms and exhale as you rotate the arms around.
With every breath you take, you are opening up the shoulders and chest and warming up the body.
Take a deep breath.
It is a good way to warm up your body and it can also help you release stress and tension in your body.

This is the final cool down exercises.
Stand with your spine nice and tall.
Keep this movement slow and controlled.
Inhale and exhale.
Keep breathing.
Pull your heel toward your bum until you feel the stretch in your quads.
Release and repeat on the other side.
5, 4, 3, 2, 1.
