Description:

The film follows Ahmed Adam, known as Al‑Qarimoti, as he navigates a series of personal and societal challenges. After purchasing a 3D screen, his home is destroyed by a fire, prompting him to raise funds for repairs while confronting the spread of extremist ideas in his community. Al‑Qarimoti confronts a neighbor, Mido, who has been influenced by radical teachings, and forces him out of his house. Meanwhile, his wife Nargis, influenced by her sister Zouzou, plans a fishing trip that ends in a tragic accident near the Libyan coast, where Al‑Qarimoti is mistakenly captured and nearly executed by a militant group. Mido rescues him, revealing that Al‑Qarimoti’s wife is actually a spy for the organization. The story culminates in a tense confrontation where Al‑Qarimoti and Nargis attempt to sabotage the Cairo security directorate, ultimately leading to the capture of the militants and the resolution of the conflict.
