A delicious set of pates. ASMR

The video showcases three different pates: eggplant, baked pepper, and baked young beet with chickpeas. The beet and chickpea pate involves roasting beets, blending them with chickpeas, peanut paste, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika, then topping with feta or cheese and olive oil. The dishes are suggested to be served with toasted bread, sliced vegetables, grilled meat or shrimp, and pair well with dry white and red wines.
