A tart that is more than a simple tart, it contains in the fragrant shell of SHORTCRUST a soft and melting filling of ALMOND PASTE and a softness given by the JAM! In short, a delicious dessert rich in taste, flavor, aromas and consistencies in one bite! Excellent dessert for anniversaries, ceremonies, birthdays but also for any time of the day! It remains soft and fragrant for several days, in fact the next day it is even better! 📌 If you want to make it totally GLUTEN-FREE replace the 00 Flour with Rice Flour for the pastry! 🌡️ In the oven for about 30 minutes at 180° static or fan-assisted (I used fan-assisted) 📝 Ingredients: 30 cm mold ~ For the Shortcrust Pastry: 300 g 00 Flour (or Rice Flour) 2 Eggs 70 g Sugar 70 g Oil 8 g Baking Powder Lemon ~ For the Almond Pastry: 300 g Almond Flour (or finely chopped almonds) 2 Whole Eggs (or 4 egg whites) Almond Flavoring 100 g Sugar ~ Apricot Jam (or other flavor) ~ Icing Sugar ~ candied cherries
