Grab a noodle and a buoyancy belt and join Coach Stacy for another AquaFIIT water workout. This session takes place in deeper water and is more challenging, but can also be done in shallow water where your feet aren't touching the bottom. Underwater views are included again. It’s a great, effective way to tone muscles with no impact on the joints. Please note: the workout is older and audio quality is not as good as more recent workouts. The workout is suitable for beginners to advanced, with exercises performed in 30 to 60 second intervals and rest breaks as needed. Feel free to turn up your own music and just follow along.
