Kostya, newly hired prison guard in 90s Russia, starts killing people and auctioning off death sentence executions to the victims of their crimes. He's almost Russian Dexter, but not quite. I've seen film analysis' about how this guy assumes the position of a Greek God, controls everybody and enacts judgment as he sees fit, manipulates everybody, is omnipresent and is everywhere whilst being nowhere at all.
