In Colt Lake, Tennessee, Sam Evans (Johnny Simmons) attempts to tackle a meth epidemic. He is sidelined when the undercover agent, Bobby Gaines (Seann William Scott) arrives. With Gaines being heralded as a hero, Evans begins to suspect that maybe Gaines isn't the good guy he appears to be, and begins to unravel a complex web of stories.
