It turns out that we have both an electric grill and a waffle iron in one device, isn’t it great? Saving space in the kitchen and the opportunity to cook various interesting dishes and desserts. The plates are made of aluminum alloy with non‑stick coating, so the dough does not stick to them. Thanks to the good power and temperature of the electric grill, the waffles are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The plates are easy to remove and install, and they can be washed with a regular soft sponge under the tap or in the dishwasher. The set includes a ladle for the dough, which is very convenient and fits the dough for exactly one wafer. Also included is a special retractable stand that aligns the plates in a horizontal position; as standard, the grill plates are tilted so that the juice or fat flows into a special tray. The recipe calls for 300 grams of flour, two chicken eggs, half a liter of milk, 10 grams of baking powder, 75 grams of sugar, and a pinch of salt. Mix all the ingredients and get a dough like pancakes. Turn on the grill for manual control, set 230 °C and wait for heating. Pour the dough into the mold with a special spoon, close the lid and set the timer for 3 minutes. The next batch of waffles can be prepared immediately after the first one, pouring more dough without interrupting the cycle. Enjoy your meal!
