Thankyou for following, subbing and being here xoxo Brandy recipe !! 👨🍳 🧁 Ingredients (13) 6 servings boneless beef chuck short ribs (country style) 2 lbs Italian (flat-leaf) parsley 1/2 small bunch garlic 2 cloves shallot 1 roasted red bell peppers 1/2 (12 oz) jar extra virgin olive oil 1/3 cup red wine vinegar 2 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp black pepper 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp cumin, ground 1/2 tsp salt 1 1/4 tsp smoked paprika 3/4 tsp Instructions (7) STEP 1 Pat short ribs dry with paper towels and place on a plate. Drizzle with oil, then sprinkle with sugar, salt, and pepper. Rub with your hands to coat. 2 los boneless beef chuck short ribs (country style) 1 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1 tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper STEP 2 Arrange short ribs in a single layer in air fryer basket, leaving space around each. (Work in batches, if necessary, to accommodate the size of your air fryer basket.) STEP 3 Insert basket into air fryer and set temperature to 325°F. Cook, flipping halfway through, until ribs are desired doneness, 15-20 minutes for medium-rare. Remove from air fryer and set aside to rest, 5 minutes. STEP 4 Meanwhile, peel and mince shallot and garlic. Place both in a small bowl. 1 shallot 2 cloves garlic STEP 5 Wash, dry, and shave parsley leaves off the stems; discard stems and mince the leaves. Add to the bow with the shallot and garlic. 1/2 small bunch italian (flat-leaf) parsley STEP 6 Drain and small dice roasted peppers. Add to the bowl along with oil, vinegar, and spices. Stir to combine the chimichurri and set aside. 1/2 (12 oz) jar roasted red bell peppers 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp red wine vinegar 3/4 tsp smoked paprika 1/2 tsp cumin, ground 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper STEP 7 To serve, arrange ribs on a platter and top with chimichurri. Enjoy!
