Creamy Peanut Noodles 🥜🍜

Creamy peanut noodles that will absolutely titillate you in under 15 minutes.

Start by bringing a large pot of water to a boil.

And while we wait, we'll go ahead and cut up some cucumbers.

Just pretend that didn't happen.

And we'll make our sauce.

I don't have enough time today to get it right.

Some peanut butter, Chinese light soy sauce, a splash of dark rice vinegar, a little sesame oil, some grated garlic.

I would be grating ginger, but the ginger I bought has been stolen and I don't know where it is.

A little sugar and salt to taste.

And once our water's boiling, go ahead and drop in our stringy bread.

Then just go ahead and remove those once they're fully cooked and mix in some of that noodle water.

And then just carefully toss in your noodles.
