This 10-minute Core Strength Pilates workout will teach you the fundamentals of Pilates, designed to support longevity, supporting your posture, strengthening your deep core and even improving your performance in other sports. This core strengthening Pilates workout focuses on alignment, control, and stability, not just how your abs look, but how a strong core can help you move better, feel stronger, and live better. This is a slow, mindful Pilates session, encouraging strong breathing, body awareness, and controlled movement from start to finish. You can use a set of light dumbbells to increase intensity, or perform the workout with just your mat. Repeating this Pilates with Lilly Sabri core workout 2–3 times per week can help build your six pack abs with a sustainable strength, supporting your posture, and making you feel stronger!
