Detailed Overview of Gynecomastia A-Z in 4 minutes

Now, gynecomastia is basically female-like breast.

Do you have gynecomastia?

Do you have fat?

Do you have gland?

It doesn't matter.

If you're worried about a female-like breast, you're not comfortable with the breast that you have, you're not able to do swimming, you're not able to take off your shirt in public, you're embarrassed with the heaviness of your chest or you're embarrassed with the puffiness of your nipple, you have a gynecomastia problem and you need a treatment.

Don't waste your time on any medicines.

Don't waste your time on investigations.

The only medical cause which leads to gynecomastia is liver cancer, cirrhosis,

there whose testis is not developed they have a hormonal problem wherein the person will not have will have a feminine voice short height and will not have any facial hair other than that in 99.9% cases no investigations are required definitely no ultrasound of the chest please do not do a cd scan or an mri of the chest it is not required

according to the problem for example puffy nipples grade 1 grade 2 grade 3 and sometimes severe gynecomastias which have loose skin treatment surgery earlier stages can be done in local anesthesia whereas the more advanced grades require a general anesthesia in a hospital setup puffy nests early grade ones we do it under local anesthesia half an hour procedure little bit of local anesthesia and then we take out the gland bigger cases we want to do one hospital with liposuction gland removal surgery takes 45 minutes discharge in 3 to 4 hours

Simple post-operative problems like avoid sports, driving, biking, any gym for about seven days and that's it.

The final shape can take up to three months.

Initially, there's a lot of seroma formation.

We need to wear a pressure belt.

So pressure belts have to be worn for about three to four weeks.

and in all the patients were able to ensure a very good result what can go wrong almost nothing though patients can have seromas they can have a little bit of pain for a few weeks that is pretty much normal and once that three to four period of pressure garment is over you generally start to see a good shape what happens if you get a seroma nothing just be patient do breast massage

keep applying pressure and this will sort out so couple of pointers one always get your treatment done by a plastic surgeon don't visit a physician don't visit a hormone specialist unless there is a need for one the treatment is purely and purely surgical no need for medicines no need for investigations surgery liposuction and gland removal some patients ask is it fat gland it doesn't matter in most patients we need to do a liposuction to take off the fat and 90%

few patients are there in which only a gland removal is to be done a special subset bodybuilders they continue to take steroids and they develop puffy nipples they develop glands so only a gland removal needs to be done and as long as you continue to take steroids you will need

removal of that gland in no scenario otherwise can recurrence occur.
