Today, I’ve brought you some more colored blocks – I hope you can relax a little and just unwind while watching. ✨ I have visitors today, so I had to move my work area into the living room – just for one day. Hopefully, the background noise was still okay and the sound was fine. 🩷Today, I want to share something very personal with you… It’s about my self-insecurity – something I’ve carried with me for a very long time. I work on it every single day, but sometimes it’s still so hard. Let me give you a small example so you can understand what it feels like: The other day, I went to a café alone, just to relax a bit. But as soon as I walked in, I thought: “Everyone is looking at me… everyone is laughing at me… everyone is judging me.” Even before I ordered, I was already rehearsing my words outside, trying to figure out how to order my coffee quickly so I wouldn’t stumble over my words. And even after that, my thoughts didn’t stop: Oh Tamara, you embarrassed yourself… that wasn’t grammatically correct… how awkward… you sound so uneducated…” Then my coffee arrived – and I even started thinking about how to drink it in a way that wouldn’t look strange. Too much sugar? Too little? Oh no, the spoon just fell… how embarrassing…” I fix my clothes, thinking: “My hands look so manly… my feet look like elephant feet… I’ve gotten so fat… my hair doesn’t look good…” Then I need to go to the restroom. I feel like everyone is staring at me. So I grab my phone and randomly call someone, just to distract myself. And it goes on like this… sometimes all day long. It’s exhausting. It’s draining. And sometimes, it drives me crazy. 💔 I know that God loves me. I know that I’m perfect just the way I am. But I don’t always live like I believe that… and that’s something I want to keep working on – step by step. Do you know this feeling? 🩷
