Thank you so much for all the sweet comments you left about my sleep yesterday — I really appreciate it! I’m trying to fix it, slowly but surely. Today I actually did some exercise again, and I’m honestly proud of myself for that. I haven’t told my family because I want to stay consistent first. You know when you tell people and then suddenly stop doing it, and they keep bringing it up? Yeah, I’m avoiding that. Also, I’ve been listening to the Mel Robbins Podcast lately — I’ve only gotten through about 4 episodes, but I’m really enjoying it so far.
