anyway guys so today we're going to be doing some more tricks on the bar things i absolutely love to do and today we're going to focus on easy tricks not really hard ones because well my sister just my sister just sprained her ankle from doing a full drill
from spraining her ankle and i don't want to do i mean wrist so i don't want to try and do that happen make that happen to me because i haven't really i've sprained my ankle before but i've never broken a bone which is really shocking for us gymnasts but most of my other friends have broken a bone at gymnastics which is really surprising but today we're going to be focusing on the easier things and the things that don't really get you hurt
Also guys, today I'm going to be vlogging, tomorrow I'm going to be vlogging at the park called Park.

So guys that is one of the easiest things I think it is.
Now it's time for running runs.
Running runs are really easy so what you have to do
