From helping launch careers of international artists such as The Mauskovic Dance Band, Yīn Yīn, Altin Gün, Nusantara Beat, Lalalar or Derya Yıldırım & Grup Şimşek to shining a light on the thriving, experimental scene in their home country of Switzerland (bands like Orchestre Tout Puissant Marcel Duchamp, L’eclair, Cyril Cyril, Sami Galbi, Meril Wubslin, Hyperculte or Amami) Bongo Joe’s knack for unearthing, discovering and championing localized and unknown music scenes is reflected in their growing re-issue catalogue.
