First-of-its-Kind Motion on Hinduphobia in Scotland | Vantage with Palki Sharma | N18G

Scottish Member of Parliament Ash Regan of the Alba party recently tabled a motion addressing Hinduphobia. This is the first time that such a motion has been tabled in Scotland and Europe. Regan said that there should be dialogue and education about Hinduism as the Hindu community continues to be targeted. The Hindu community has reported discrimination and prejudice in several Western countries including the UK, Australia, Canada and the US. Meanwhile, the US State of Georgia recently tabled a bill that would recognise Hinduphobia. Georgia is now the first American state to do so. Palki Sharma tells you more.
