Description:

Danube Cossack Andriy must deliver crucial military information to Istanbul, but first he must free his beloved Turkish beauty Fatima’s father, who is imprisoned in the fortress of Hadzhibey. In the eighteenth‑century backdrop of Russia’s war against the Ottoman Empire, the Danubian Cossacks ally with the Ottomans. When the Cossacks receive the information, they decide to hand it over to the Sultan personally. The fortress’s commander, Ahmet Pasha, is captured by Russian troops and imprisoned, while his daughter Fatima remains alive. Andriy and Fatima meet under difficult circumstances and must decide what to do. Georgian traveler Yoram arrives at Hadzhibey with a unique grape sprout and immediately finds himself in conflict with the Russians. He agrees to help Andriy and Fatima, and he also meets Ukrainian beauty Katrya, whose father Mr. Danylo is also imprisoned by the Russians. Together, the young people devise a plan to liberate Ahmet Pasha and Mr. Danylo and to send Ahmet Pasha and Fatima to Istanbul by ship. The plan changes during the siege, leading to a fierce battle. In the end, the heroes defeat the Russians, Ahmet Pasha escapes with the vital information, and Fatima chooses to stay in Ukraine with her beloved Andrew.
