Freeze a Potato, Thank Me Later

Freeze whole raw potatoes overnight, then thaw them in water until completely defrosted. Squeeze out as much water as possible, peel the skin, and split the potatoes in half. Brush the halves with oil and season with salt, pepper, and Cajun powder. Air fry at 390°F (200°C) for about 15 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
